First Coast Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) desires to offer a scholarship to a student currently enrolled at Florida State College of Jacksonville; University of North Florida, Coggin College of Business; or Edward Waters College, Department of Business Administration, or other local state funded college located in Jacksonville, Florida.
The scholarship criteria is as follows:
The applicant must be a United States citizen and enrolled at least part time
(6 credit hours) in one of the following programs of study:
An Associate in Science, Associate in Applied Science, or Bachelor Degree in
Business Administration or
Supervision and Management or
Office Administration
Applicants must have at least a 2.6 GPA, and submit one letter of recommendation from a faculty member.
The scholarship award will be $500 and is not based on need. The scholarship is non-renewing. It is the intention of First Coast Chapter IAAP to award a $500 scholarship each year. Prior awardees of the “First Coast Chapter IAAP Scholarship” may resubmit applications for future year awards. Monetary award of scholarship will be paid directly to the college or university in the awardee’s name.
